The first step is to sign up for free at gracelinelogisticsja.com or through the My Courier Portal app. Once registered, you will receive your U.S. shipping address and unique GLJCODE, which you will use when placing your online orders.

Shop Online
Shop from your favorite online stores and use the U.S. shipping address provided when you register. Be sure to enter your unique GLJCODE in Address Line 2 to ensure your package is properly identified. Don’t have a bank card? No problem! We can make the purchase on your behalf. Contact us to learn more about this convenient service.

Ship and Track
Once your package is delivered to our U.S. warehouse, you will receive an email notification. You can also track your package at any time through our website or the My Courier Portal app. Please ensure that your invoice is uploaded as soon as your package arrives at the warehouse and before it reaches Customs in Jamaica. This helps prevent delays during the customs clearance process. All shipment updates will be sent via email, and you can also monitor your package status through our website or the My Courier Portal app.

Collect your Packages
Once your package(s) arrive in Jamaica and have been cleared by Customs, you will receive an email notification confirming that your package is ready for pickup. Delivery is also available for customers who prefer to have their package delivered.

Most packages arrive within 3-5 business days. Conditions Apply
Packages are processed and updated in batches. Once a package is delivered to the warehouse, it may take up to 24 hours, or until the end of the following day, for the system to reflect the update. If two days have passed and you have not received an update, please contact us as soon as possible. Also, kindly double-check that your address information is correct and up to date.
Graceline Logistics JA is required to declare the contents and value of every package entering Jamaica through our service. To avoid delays during customs clearance, please ensure that a valid invoice is provided. If an invoice is not submitted, customs may delay the shipment and the inspecting officer may determine a higher value for the package, which could lead to additional duties or fees.
We do not accept packages that are shipped without the registered customer name and correct mailbox number, as this is an important security measure. Registration for our service is completely free, and your assigned mailbox number should be kept confidential. All packages must be addressed using the name registered on your account. A valid government-issued ID is also required when collecting your packages. Please note that failing to register and use our official shipping address, or using another customer’s mailbox number, will result in an administrative fee of JMD $1,000. This fee is subject to change at any time.
