All customers shipping with Graceline Logistics JA are required to accurately declare the contents and value of their packages by submitting a complete invoice. This information is necessary to facilitate customs clearance, comply with applicable regulations, and help protect customers against fraudulent or unauthorized claims.

What a Complete Invoice Must Include

  1. Order Number

  2. Tracking Number – A screenshot of the tracking information provided by the seller or carrier

  3. Item Description and Cost Breakdown – A detailed description of each item and its corresponding cost

  4. Checkout Total/Payment Details – Documentation showing the final amount paid for the order

Invoice Submission Deadline

Invoices must be submitted after the package arrives at our U.S. warehouse but before the package is shipped to Jamaica.

Why Invoices Are Important

Invoices are required to assist with customs clearance and provide verification of the shipment’s contents and value. They also help protect customers by ensuring that packages are properly identified and released only to their rightful owners.

Consequences of Failing to Submit an Invoice

Failure to provide the required invoice and supporting documentation may result in:

  • Customs delays or detention: Packages without proper documentation may be held by Customs and may incur additional clearance or re-clearance fees.

  • Additional documentation requirements: If Graceline Logistics Ja is able to clear a package through Customs without an invoice, the customer may still be required to provide the necessary invoice and supporting information.

  • Package hold: Packages will not be released to the customer until all required documentation and supporting evidence have been submitted.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all required invoices and documentation are submitted within the stated timeframe.
